1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing phcom.cam, creating an account, or using any services provided by phcom (hereinafter "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"), as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. phcom employs age verification procedures during account registration, and users may be required to submit government-issued identification documents to verify their age and identity.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Residency

phcom services are available exclusively to residents of the Philippines. Users physically located outside the Philippines, or citizens or residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, are expressly forbidden from using the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction and that you are accessing the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs) or other tools to conceal your location is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

2.4 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account with phcom. Creating multiple accounts, whether for yourself or on behalf of others, is strictly prohibited. This restriction applies per individual, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. If phcom detects multiple accounts linked to the same person or household, we reserve the right to close duplicate accounts, void all bets placed through those accounts, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained through such accounts. Only the original account will remain active, subject to verification.

2.5 Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to immediately notify phcom if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phcom will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security breach.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your phcom account using approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online banking transfers, over-the-counter payments through authorized payment centers, and cryptocurrency via USDT (TRC20 network). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100). Deposits are credited to your account balance within seconds for e-wallet transactions and up to fifteen (15) minutes for bank transfers during banking hours. phcom does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your account balance at any time, subject to identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500). Withdrawals below this amount may be subject to processing fees. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to six (6) hours for GCash and Maya, and two (2) to six (6) hours for bank transfers, depending on the receiving institution. phcom reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time cashouts.

3.3 Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws, phcom requires identity verification for all accounts. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued identification card (such as Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and selfie verification. Failure to provide requested documents within seven (7) days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored securely using bank-grade encryption.

3.4 Bonus and Promotional Terms

Deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds requirements, and expiration dates. 4. Betting Rules and Market Settlement

4.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on phcom are subject to acceptance by our system. phcom reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet before or after acceptance, particularly in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or suspected fraudulent activity. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, it becomes valid unless voided under the conditions outlined in these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing all bet details before confirming a wager. Disputed bets must be reported to customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the bet settlement.

4.2 Market Rules and Settlement

Each sports market is governed by specific rules regarding settlement conditions, dead heat rules, postponed events, abandoned events, and venue changes. If an official result is not available, phcom will use reliable third-party sources to determine outcomes. In case of manifest errors in results, phcom reserves the right to correct settlements and adjust account balances accordingly.

4.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live betting markets remain open until the event concludes or phcom suspends the market. Due to the fast-paced nature of live betting, there may be delays between the real-time event and odds updates on the Platform. phcom reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome has already been determined (commonly known as "late bets"). You acknowledge that live betting involves inherent risks related to timing and information delays, and you accept these conditions when placing live bets.

4.4 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are available within each game interface. phcom does not control game outcomes and cannot predict or influence results. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical error occurs during gameplay resulting in an incorrect win or loss, phcom reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your account balance to reflect the accurate outcome.

5. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or bonus loopholes for financial gain
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent limits or claim multiple bonuses
• Money laundering or using phcom services to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phcom staff or other users
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account

5.2 Account Suspension and Closure

phcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if required by regulatory authorities. Upon account closure, all pending bets will be voided, and your account balance will be returned to you minus any amounts obtained through fraudulent activity or bonus abuse. If we suspect criminal activity, we will report the matter to appropriate law enforcement agencies and cooperate fully with investigations.

5.3 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming

phcom is committed to promoting responsible gaming. If you believe you have a gambling problem or wish to take a break from betting, you may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded users will be blocked from accessing their accounts for the chosen period and will not receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed until they expire. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, phcom and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall phcom's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arose. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless phcom from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your relationship with phcom shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, phcom reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing violations of these Terms.

10. Severability
